Do you accept customer orders?
**Not currently accepting**
Yes, If approved a custom item slot will be created when you contact Medusa's Dice with your request. A full payment will be expected when the item is ordered. Once completed, pictures will be sent for buyers approval via email. Once approved your item(s) will be shipped out via first class or priority shipping. 
Are the colors in your photographs accurate?
I try my best to capture each item as accurately as possible. Please note that color representation may vary from monitor to monitor.
Dice Balance?
 Handmade dice won't be perfectly balanced, but will work well for tabletop games.
Handmade Dice?
Each dice is handmade by me, so there will be minor imperfections due to their handmade nature. This may include, but isn't limited to minor bubbles, sprue marks, or surface scratches/chips. These minor imperfections will not affect gameplay. Any significant imperfections will be listed as dice quirks
How much does a dice set cost?
Raw Set: $60-100+
Finished Set: $100+
Depending on complexity.
As my technique improves the price may change to reflect that.
Custom Dice:
I take a limited number of custom dice requests that I pick at my own discretion based off of what inspires me. Selected custom dice order pricing may range from $120+. Medusa's Dice owns the right to recreate a dice design, unless otherwise discussed and the price will reflect that.
General Dice:
While the dice are pretty they aren't for eating and could be a choking hazard. So please keep them out of reach of children, animals, and curious gnomes.
What are Raw Dice?:
Raw dice are fresh from the mold and haven't been sanded, polished, or inked. These dice can't be finished for resale purposes. These are perfect if you want something a set for less and want to customize the finish and inking.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account, though all purchase are processed by Paypal. Also if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely only shares your order and delivery details with me.
I forgot to use my discount code when I placed my order, how do I get a refund?
Discount codes are valid only at the point of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
What is your exchange / return policy?
If dissatisfied with the product please contact me here. I want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as can be. If the item is to be returned please contact the shop within 7 days of shipment arrival and ship back within 14 days of arrival. The buyer will be held responsible for shipping/paying (delivery confirmation included) of the item(s) back to Medusa's Dice. Once the item has been received in original condition the buyer will be refunded the total cost of the purchase minus the shipping.  

Custom orders or private requests are not returnable unless items are falsely represented.
Shipping
**Covid shipping**:
Please be aware that shipping may be more significantly delayed due to covid. There's also an increased chance of package lost for international shipping, which is out of my control. 
Oh no! I gave you the wrong address, what do I do?
Let me know ASAP so that we can correct the address before shipping. If the order has already shipped out and returns, the buyer is expected to pay for reshippment. 
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost include processing and handling along with tracking and insurance. Each listing has the cost of shipping listed 
How long will delivery of my order take?
Unless specifically noted in the listing, orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS.  Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. 
Help! My order was damaged in shipping, what now?
If your item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping please contact me with pictures of the damage so that we can figure out the best next step.
